Rate: $24.00/hour

Securitas Security Services is seeking a Global SOC Coordinator (GSOCC) to lead our Global Security Operation Center Program. The GSOCC will oversee the comprehensive SOC program, which encompasses multiple Security Operation Centers within a unified portfolio. This role is critical for ensuring operational consistency and development across all SOCs, including training, policy formulation, service delivery, and data collection.

Additionally, the GSOCC will be responsible for providing regular program overviews, conducting program reviews, and delivering metrics reports on a quarterly basis.

This position will also manage the effective operations of the Americas Security Operations Center, facilitating communication and coordination with regional SOCs. The GSOCC will provide strategic direction and leadership to all staff assigned to the SOC in Corvallis, Oregon, and will collaborate closely with the Global Security Systems Manager to identify and implement future technology enhancements. Key responsibilities also include crisis management support, client service, emergency response, problem resolution, and enhancing service delivery.

Position Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older

  • High School Diploma or GED Required

  • Standard computer / technology skills needed

  • Must have good communication skills and attention to detail

  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a related field. Previous experience working in a Security Operations Center/GSOC, public safety 911 facility, or military operations center, preferably in a supervisor or lead role.

  • CPR / First Aid / AED certification required. Can be accomplished upon hire.

  • Competencies in Microsoft Office and other PC software suites.

  • Prior experience with incident management, alarm monitoring/access control systems, radio, CCTV, phone usage, customer service interaction, and training delivery.

All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check
