Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior management in the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Conduct detailed financial analysis and report on variances to support strategic decision-making.

• Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and maintaining financial records.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies to safeguard financial integrity.

• Assist in budget preparation and forecasting, providing insights and analysis as required.

• Facilitate intercompany transactions and perform reconciliations accurately.

• Stay abreast of industry standards and regulatory changes, implementing best practices as needed.

• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.

• Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
