Duties Description The Office of Financial Management, Strategic Financial & Managed Care Group is recruiting to fill a Senior Budget Analyst/Budget Analyst Trainee position. Specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following: • Work closely with Strategic Finance/ Managed Care staff and OMH program staff to participate in the development and implementation of new outpatient and rehabilitation programs, with focus on the Certified Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHC) program. • Assist with evaluating CCBHC cost reporting and rate setting • Provide technical assistance to providers to ensure the programs’ ability to meet Federal CCBHC certification requirements including service delivery, organization change, workforce training, cultural diversity standards, and clinical/fiscal data reporting • Day-to-day project management of the fiscal components of the CCBHC program, including the tracking of deliverables, organization of priorities, and coordination of training and implementation activities • Assist in the development of financial models, guidelines, regulations, and Medicaid State Plan documents • Participate in the development and review of position papers and documents. • Create narrative and quantitative reports for monitoring or measuring fiscal and programmatic goals • Maintain and interpret financial and programmatic databases of varying complexity • Query computer-based data bases and make reliable inferences • Learn new computer skills and data-access languages as OMH’s data-environment evolves

Additional Comments The salary listed applies to candidates appointed to Senior Budgeting Analyst, SG-18.
