We are currently hiring for a Residential Regional Program Manager, to work within our Catholic Charities Disabilities Services agency. As a Residential Regional Program Manager, your responsibilities would include:

• The position of Residential Regional Program Manager is part of the Residential Services team and requires a strong foundation in residential and direct care services.

• The Residential Regional Program Manager is responsible for the supervision and management of multiple Individualized Residential Alternatives (IRA’s) operated by Catholic Charities Disabilities Services.

• In addition to the overall responsibilities associated with the residential program, the Residential Regional Program Manager also has specific responsibilities in the area of maintenance, transportation, recreation, quality assurance, development, education & training, and personnel that relate to the operation of the IRA’s.

• The individual is also responsible for participating in organizational meetings, representing the agency in numerous events, meetings, etc. and otherwise advocating on behalf of the people served by the agency. This position requires teamwork and carries with it the responsibility of performing related work as required.

Residential Regional Program Manager Minimum Salary: $24.72/hour

Residential Regional Program Manager Maximum Salary: $24.72/hour

Residential Regional Program Manager Schedule: M-F 8:30am-5pm, but flexibility needed for occasional evening and weekend coverage

We offer a $1.50/hour differential for any hours worked between 3pm Friday and 7am Monday

Qualifications:

• Valid NYS Driver’s License and personal transportation

• An Associate’s Degree in human services or related field

• A minimum of one year experience in the field of developmental disabilities plus supervisory experience is preferred
