ManpowerGroup Project Manager in Albany, New York

Our client, a leader in energy efficiency and sustainability, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Single Family Residential department supporting the EmPower+ initiative.

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: New York City | Hybrid

Pay Range: $60-$65/HR (some flexibility depending on experience)

What's the Job?

  • Support effective meeting management, including meeting preparations, agenda development, taking meeting minutes, and recording and tracking action items.

  • Review new requests for system enhancements vs. planned deliverables to reduce redundant work.

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and resources.

  • Manage portal's release process, including test prep/support/execution/tracking.

  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.

What's Needed?

  • 3-6 years of experience and knowledge of software development life cycle and project management techniques.

  • Experience using DevOps.

  • Knowledge of NYSERDA's EmPower+ and Comfort Home programs preferred.

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, MS Teams, and Outlook).

  • An associate's degree or higher, with 2-4 years of project management experience, preferably in software project management; PMP certification is a plus, but not required.
