Hours and Benefits for the Operations Assistant:

• Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-3pm

• $23-$25 an hour depending on experience

• Medical, Dental & Vision insurance after 60 days of employment

Responsibilities for the Operations Assistant:

• Monitor collections, post rent payments, enforce collection policies, and initiate legal action when necessary.

• Handle all aspects of apartment leasing, including tours with prospective residents, processing applications, recertifications, and negotiating lease renewals.

• Provide exceptional service, respond to resident issues and complaints promptly, and foster positive resident relations.

• Prepare resident correspondence and recertification notices.

Requirements for the Operations Assistant:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years of administrative experience

• Proficiency in MS Office & data entry
