Job Description

As a member of the software engineering division, you will help build interfaces that play a daily mission critical role for our healthcare providers. You will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. You will work with a team of engineers, collaborate with Product Managers, as well as have an influence in Oracle Health's architectural future and in the functional and visual design of what you build day-to-day.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor, Master or Doctorate Degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Independent, autonomous, and critical thinker.

• Proficient with cross-browser HTML and CSS.

• Must be proficient with React, Redux and tools such as Webpack.

• Knowledge of Node.js and related frameworks.

• Hands-on experience with Express.js or any server-side framework.

• Experience with SQL.

• Understand the limitations of JavaScript and the benefits of using a typed language (e.g., Typescript).

• Able to read and write Shell and Python scripts is a plus.

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Amazon Web Services (AWS), Docker and Kubernetes ecosystem is a plus.

US: Hiring Range: from $74,800 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
