The Industrial Painter (Industrial painting, coating, and surface preparation) is responsible for painting, coating, and surface preparation as well as to assure that all applicable materials meet the customer specifications and achieve superior quality and detail in regards to surface treatment. This is a 40 hour per week non-exempt hourly position with overtime possibilities. Candidates may be asked to work weekends and holidays as defined by Company needs.Essential Functions:Sandblast, clean, fill, and paint industrial machinery and parts as applicableMix a wide variety of paints and hardeners to proper application specificationsComplete required company paperwork on machine progressMaintains and cleans work area (paint booth) to ensure proper operationPerform any reasonable request, within qualifications, by Manufacturing Management, necessary for the smooth, efficient operation of the factory and consistent productionResponsible for the performance of above-mentioned duties with minimum supervision, as required, to the quality and safety standards acceptable by NSH USA CorporationReports to Machining & Fabrication ManagerOther duties as required by the CompanyAdditional Responsibilities:This description reflects the principal functions of the job for the purpose of job evaluation.
