The Health Services Researcher will design and conduct evaluations of Medicaid policy and programs. The ideal candidate will have experience with the design and implementation of quantitative research studies, including analysis of the relationships between the healthcare delivery system design, patient healthcare utilization, spending, population characteristics, provider characteristics, and contextual factors impacting health such as poverty, education, and housing. The primary data sources will include claims/encounter data, and public health records.
