The Day Services QIDP/Case-Management Administrator is responsible for the overall coordination and management of Day Services QIDP Supervisor and the support they provide to Day Services QIDPs. These responsibilities are include, but are not limited to, the primary supervision of all Day Services QIDP Supervisors. The Day Services QIDP Administrator will provide ongoing training, training documentation, mentoring, performance oversight, and professional development. They will ensure that QIDP Supervisor responsibilities are being performed at the highest possible caliber and will act as an advocate for best practices in all matters related to their responsibilities.

The Day Services QIDP Administrator will support Day Services QIDPs to facilitate identifiable and sustainable growth in a manner which does not compromise the quality of services delivered to individuals under our care in the QIDP Supervisors’ absence. The Day Services QIDP Administrator will provide daily oversight of the Day Services’ attendance and service delivery documentation required to remain in compliance with state regulations. Due to the accelerated growth in service delivery and the trending increase of auditable billing documentation, the Day Services QIDP Administrator will provide the supports necessary to guarantee that best QIDP practices are adhered to.

Requirements

  • Two year experience in providing QIDP services to persons with intellectual disabilities and the ability to meet the qualifications outlined in one of the following categories.

  • One year experience working in the capacity of a supervisor

  • 4-year college degree

  • Background in working with persons with developmental disabilities or related experience.

  • Valid NYS driver’s license and reliable transportation required

  • Excellent communication, organizational, problem solving and leadership skills

  • The ability to be flexible and work independently

Salary Description

$60-62k
