We are currently hiring a Case Worker, to work in our Housing Office. As the Case Worker, you would be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Case Manager to provide services

  • Assist with assessments, service planning, progress notes, information and referrals, and skill building activities

  • Meet with the Case Manager to review caseload information

  • Documents the casework activities of all clients

  • Perform and/or review all psychosocial assessments of each new referral to the program

  • Organize and facilitate support groups and social and recreational activities

    Case Worker Minimum Salary: $19.00 per hour

    Case Worker Maximum Salary: $19.00 per hour

    Case Worker Schedule: Monday – Friday 12pm-8pm

    Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree (preferred)

  • 1-3 years of experience

  • Valid Drivers License

  • Experience working with seniors

  • Experience working with diverse populations
