Automotive Service Advisors act as the point of communication between the customer and technicians for our service department. Responsibilities:

Greet customers and answer incoming calls for service

Assign vehicles to technicians

Complete estimates and obtain authorization for work to be completed

Ordering parts

Complete final Invoice and present the invoice to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction

Monitor pending work and communicate with various departments and customers as needed

Qualifications:

Previous sales or customer service experience

Valid driver's license in good standing

Computer-literacy and willingness to learn new programs

Exceptional customer service skills

Strong interpersonal and communications, in-person and over the phone

Experience using Microsoft Office

Expected Annual Compensation:

$50,000 - $85,000
