Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager who will support the New York State Insurance Fund (NYSIF) Division of Confidential Investigations (DCI) Case management System project. The purpose of this project is to design and build an in-house case management system for insurance fraud cases to utilize the latest Microsoft technology and to enhance efficiency, security, and collaboration in the fraud investigation process. The project manager will manage the execution of this project from initiation to closing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards.

Duties:

• Schedule and Facilitate Meetings

• Schedule and Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, and Sprint Review/Demo

• Document Scope

• Establish Project Schedule/Milestones/Deliverables

• Create and Maintain Project Communication Plan

• Overall Project Status Reporting

• Change Management

• Facilitate UAT Testing

• Project Closure/Lessons Learned

  Mandatory Skills/ Experience:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of Government project management experience. This experience must include :

• Scheduling and Facilitating Meetings

• Establishing Project Schedule/Milestones/Deliverables

• Overall Project Status Reporting

  Desirable Skills/ Experience:

• 7 years of experience as a project manager desired.

• PMP Certification

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, including Agile and Waterfall.

• Proficiency in project management software tools
