Responsibilities- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards- Ensure all food preparation meets food safety and sanitation guidelines- Collaborate with the catering team to fulfill orders- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment- Assist in training new kitchen staff members

Experience- Proven experience as a Cook or relevant position- Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques- Ability to work well in a team setting- Experience in a culinary or dietary department is a plus
