Universal Robots has a great plan focused on growing operations in Costa Rica. This goal is going to be accomplished through the Customer Service Representative role. This is an excellent opportunity for growing within the Automation and Robotics industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Evaluate customer´s issues and order discrepancies and work with them to resolve them.

  • Provide the highest level of customer service for internal and external customers.

  • Answering inbound calls and resolve the customer´s issues.

  • Making outbound calls to generate UR contract leads and follow up on customer satisfaction surveys.

  • Work in a flexible schedule, including holidays and night shift according to business needs to support our customer base.

    Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1 year of customer Service experience.

  • Fluent written and verbal communications skills in English

  • Knowledgeable with MS Office Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

  • Availability to work on flexible schedules including holidays according to business needs.

    As a plus we are also looking for:

  • A candidate pursuing a Bachelor´s degree.

  • Technical Support experience is a plus.
