Overview

SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking an experienced Logistics Technician/Fuel Custodian to support a Facilities Maintenance and Material Support contract with our government customer at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar.

Essential Job Duties

• Responsible for all logistics, accountability, inventory, and procurement for the program and operate under the customs, laws, and regulations of host country.

• Coordinate Perform purchasing actions to meet program requirements.

• Maintain inventory and accountability on all parts and equipment and will work daily to ensure parts are on hand or procure as needed when stock levels reach their ordering point.

• Develop and track a computerized database for all equipment, material, furniture, tools, parts, and procurements which will use the customer's network.

• Perform monthly inventory and ensure 100% accountability of government furnished equipment.

• Perform tasks regarding fuel custodian duties.

• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Minimum Requirements

• Active in scope TS/SCI clearance

• At least five years of directly related or relevant experience

• Associates Degree or 8 total years of relevant experience with a high school diploma

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of the Air Force or Army culture, language and expectations for mission success.

Work Environment

• The environment is very arid, dusty and dry. Deployed personnel will be exposed to extreme heat over long periods.

• Ability to lift and/or move objects or packages of up to 25 lbs.
