Job Description:

Senior Landscape CAD Technician - 3D Modeler

Location: Doha Qatar

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Landscape CAD Technician - 3D Modeler to join our team in Qatar! In this role you will get to be involved in the preparation of drawings as needed during design, construction and final as-built drawings as well as the development of 3D renderings and animations for presentations, design reports, and proposals.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Prepares technical packages from concept design, through detailed design to tender and contract documentation.

• Under supervision, performs landscape architecture design which requires a fundamental knowledge of landscape, planting and irrigation design, aesthetics, and/or design standards, practices, and techniques.

• Prepares high quality presentation drawings, renderings, 3D models and animations.

• Should be able to read Landscape Architectural drawing mark ups and comments.

• Provides support and production assistance to team members

• Completes other duties as assigned.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Degree in Landscape Architecture, or related discipline.

• 10+ years relevant landscape design experience.

• Preferably with work experience in GCC.

• Proficient in using Rhino, 3D Studio Max, SketchUp, Lumion and/or another related 3D design and graphic softwares.

• Proficient in Civil 3d/Revit.

• Proficient in utilizing AutoCAD.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Experience working on Landscape Architecture Projects

• Ability to lead the document production and supervise work of other CAD operators.

• Working knowledgeable of AutoCAD and Civil 3D best practices..
