Role Objective To lead and optimize the utilization of Salesforce software within the organization, partnering with technical team and sales team to scope and manage necessary customizations.Responsible for enhancing operational efficiency, driving sales team user adoption, and delivery of exceptional sales team experiences through innovative Salesforce solutions, best practices and training. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Salesforce (Software) Expertise & Team Training: Manage the GOJO implementation of Salesforce CRM product and tool customization strategy to enable sales team engagement Manage Salesforce platform user adoption, training, and communication with GOJO sellers Administer the sales enablement content and training platforms and strategizes continuous improvement. Assist in managing customer data, implementing process and best practices to ensure accurate and up to date data. Partner with analysts to measure results, publish reports and generate actionable insights Ability to address sales team concerns and provide solutions A deep understanding of Salesforce CRM product. Familiarity with the platform's features, customization options, and best practices is crucial. The Salesforce ecosystem evolves rapidly. A commitment to ongoing learning and staying updated on new features and releases is essential. Understanding of business processes and how Salesforce solutions align with organizational goals Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with sales team Active listening and effective communication to understand stakeholder needs and expectations Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in creating project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery Strong organizational skills to handle project timelines and resources Able to translate business requirements into technical specifications Analytical thinking to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and propose effective solutions Partner with GOJO sales, sales operations, marketing, services and key trade leadership Education and Experience BA, BS required Five (5) to seven (7) years' experience in CRM Software (Salesforce is highly preferred), Experience in Sales, Marketing or Sales Operations is a plus Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint and Visio) and software administration or development experience required Prior experience driving software and process engagement using change management, coaching materials and training software Competencies Being Resilient Collaborates Cultivates Innovation Customer Focus Drives Results Supervision/Coordination Manages enterprise-wide projects across technical staff and stakeholders.
