As a Fulfillment Associate, you will become an expert in process , playing a vital role within the reception, selection , packaging and shipping of our diamond orders. To succeed in this role, you will be driven by your strong attention-to-detail and your passion for process and organization - always ensuring a high standard of quality, care and workmanship.

In this fast-paced role, you will experience many facets of our diamond order fulfillment . The primary function of this role will be ensuring orders are accurately processed in accordance with polic y and procedure. Other r esponsibilities will include but are not limited to the following :

• Acquire complete knowledge of all processes and operations in the fulfillment area

• Manage the processing of orders with accuracy and efficiency

• Support department manager in general administrative tasks

• Manage the preparation and production of packing materials

• Maintain attention to detail for each stage of production

  Competencies

• Self-starter attitude and ability to exercise judgment and solve difficult problems

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail; accuracy is a must !

• Positive attitude with ability to accept constructive feedback.

  Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of relevant experience

• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Basic computer skills

• Experience working with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook Word, etc )

• Consistent regular scheduled attendance is considered an essential function of this job

  Requirements :

• High School Degree, GED or equivalent certification is required

• Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day

  Base pay range: $1 5 .00 - $1 6 .00 per hour. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
