Job description:

• Directly manage QA team with diverse backgrounds supporting QA development.

• Defining QA processes that balance business criticality with delivery timelines.

• Estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating quality testing activities.

• Defining and delivering software quality and defect metrics across the project portfolio

• Managing and allocating QA resources based on project needs.

• Creating detailed and well-structured test plans and test cases.

• Monitoring and reporting systemic or recurring patterns of software defects

• Create and refine training materials to improve the testing abilities of our QA team members while also coaching them to work more effectively.

• Establish and grow QA KPIs that reflect quality indicators for all project teams

Job Requirement:

• 10+ years of verifiable experience in software development and software quality assurance

• Proficiency with software QA methodologies, tools, and processes

• Experience with writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases

• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing

• Solid knowledge of SQL

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
