Job description:
Directly manage QA team with diverse backgrounds supporting QA development.
Defining QA processes that balance business criticality with delivery timelines.
Estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating quality testing activities.
Defining and delivering software quality and defect metrics across the project portfolio
Managing and allocating QA resources based on project needs.
Creating detailed and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Monitoring and reporting systemic or recurring patterns of software defects
Create and refine training materials to improve the testing abilities of our QA team members while also coaching them to work more effectively.
Establish and grow QA KPIs that reflect quality indicators for all project teams
Job Requirement:
10+ years of verifiable experience in software development and software quality assurance
Proficiency with software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience with writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
Solid knowledge of SQL
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
