Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Dispatch/Customer Service Order Entry Plan loads Create necessary Paperwork (pick tickets, Delivery tickets, BOL\'s etc.) Set-up Transportation for customers serviced out of both Suffield and Pioneer warehouse Work with Agawam transportation, Vernon transportation or third-party private haulers to arrange for most cost-effective trucking Daily communication with Vernon customer service to fulfill orders and respond to customer service issues Inventory Control Cycle Count Maintain Inventory levels and Facilitate movement of Inventory between Suffield, Pioneer (Suffield Account) and Pioneer (Fieldbrook account) to eliminate product shortages and maintain high customer service levels Filing - Paperwork Serve as a backup for Warehouse Supervisor and perform supervisory duties in absence of Warehouse Supervisor Operate Material Handling (PIT) equipment Move tankers and trailers in yard when necessary Perform all Warehouse positions as backup Other tasks assigned as required Education and Experience: High school graduate or equivalent. Prior experience in BPCS/LogPro/Numerics computer systems. Prior knowledge of inventory management process strongly recommended.
