Operations Manager; manage a diverse call center environment(s);

• Oversee and manage IT Help Desk environment(s); LISD and local districts
• Coordinate, create and complete work orders
• Provide advanced IT support for all IT systems
• Monitor IT systems and coordinate preventative maintenance ensuring stable IT system health and performance
• Coordinate and operate Workflow process of IT systems
• Establishes and maintains a positive, professional, and productive working relationship with all staff, students, and community, building and maintaining a positive reputation for the IT support team and its services
