Maintenance Supervisor
This job will require you to:
- Coordinate both repair and preventative requirements for all manufacturing equipment.
- Provide on-site technical support during startup and commissioning of new installations.
- Establish and maintain standards and maintenance of equipment in accordance with engineering principles and safety regulations.
- Actively engage in continuous improvement by leading business process improvement efforts plant wide.
- Establish and maintain standards and maintenance of equipment in accordance with engineering principles and safety regulations.
- Provide instruction in operation, set-up, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and ensure work quality and adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Perform other general duties as required.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting assembly line equipment
- Supporting production start-up
- Daily maintenance report write-up
- Create EWO (Emergency Work Order) after completion of maintenance troubleshooting
- Perform scheduled PM tasks
- Update AM & PM white board regularly
- Order parts as needed
- Perform daily maintenance report repair/replace log
- Work on Continuous improvement
- Propose cost savings ideas
- Support maintenance BPI (Business Plan Initiatives)
- Be able to troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Design and prototyping of assembly jigs and production equipment
- Building grounds and general building upkeep.
Meeting with outside vendors as well as contractors for building projects
Skills:
- Excellent MS office skills (Must)
- Excellent Multitasking skills with ability to prioritize.
- System and data-oriented approach
- Excellent verbal/writing communication skills
