ProMedica Health System Family Medicine Physician in Adrian, Michigan

ProMedica Physicians Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Provider to join our healthcare team in the city of Adrian, MI. As a Primary Care Provider, you will play a crucial role in delivering the exceptional primary medical care services to our patients. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the health and well-being of individuals and families in our community.

Busy family practice that offers a Walk-In Clinic and After-Hours Clinic Clinic hours from 7:30am – 7:30pm Monday – Friday schedule with rotating weekend coverage (1 out of every 7th weekend) Practice consists of 3 full-time Physicians, 2 part-time Physicians, and 2 full-time Advanced Practice Providers Onsite phlebotomy and full X-Ray services 

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive primary medical care to patients of all ages, including physical examinations, diagnosing, and treating acute and chronic illnesses, and prescribing medications. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient history, symptoms, and medical records. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and quality patient care. Educate patients about preventative care, healthy lifestyle choices, and disease management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health records systems. Stay informed about the latest medical advancements, research, and the best primary care. Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including networking, councils, and boards.

Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Valid medical license to practice in Michigan Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related field New graduates and experienced providers are both encouraged to apply
