The Opportunity

  • Based in Adelaide covering multiple industrial sites for a key client account; Charter Hall

  • Ensure a high level of Customer satisfaction through the efficient and effective delivery of all building services within the assets

  • Develop & implement technical services strategy across the portfolio

  • Complete performance reviews and succession planning for all direct reports and manage performance

  • Maintain and be fully conversant with all Australia Standards specifications related to engineering and operations service delivery

About you:

  • Extensive hard services Facilities management experience (industrial assets beneficial)

  • Sound understanding of legislative requirements around facilities management services.

  • Able to work autonomously and build strong, effective working relationships with clients and colleagues

  • Excellent people and team management skills
