Responsibilities

• Prepare and file IRS Form 941

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.

• Calculate and process payroll including benefits, overtime, deductions & tax withholdings (federal income tax, Social Security, Medicare, etc.)

• Payroll reports - pay stubs, tax statements (W-2s, 1099s)

• Assist with payroll audits

• Manage employee payroll inquiries and issues
