Robert Half Administrative Assistant in Addison, Texas

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Addison, Texas. This role is primarily based in the aviation industry and will involve a variety of administrative duties in a detail-oriented office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring effective communication with both internal and external parties

• Schedule appointments and manage calendars to ensure the smooth running of the office

• Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accuracy and efficiency

• Manage email correspondence, responding to inquiries and forwarding information as necessary

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to create documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and manage emails

• Oversee bill payments, ensuring all payments are made on time and records are kept up-to-date

• Order food and other supplies as required, maintaining an inventory and ensuring the office is well-stocked

• Greet and assist visitors, providing a welcoming and detail-oriented environment

• Perform scanning and photocopying duties, ensuring all documents are properly filed and organized. Requirements • Proven experience in answering inbound calls effectively and professionally.

• Demonstrated customer service skills, with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Proficiency in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage email correspondence professionally, with excellent written communication skills.

• Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create, manage, and manipulate spreadsheets.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook for managing emails, calendars, and contact information.

• Ability to use Microsoft PowerPoint to create engaging presentations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word for creating, editing, and formatting documents.
