Our client, in the hospitality industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Office/Clerical Department supporting three Vice Presidents in Customer Experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced capabilities in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel. These skills will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Addison, Texas

Pay Range:$40

What’s the Job?

  • Lead in administrative tasks for three Vice Presidents in Customer Experience.

  • Manage calendars and coordinate domestic & international travel itineraries.

  • Plan meetings and events, assist in the submission and reconciliation of expense reports.

  • Support other CX team leaders in various projects.

  • Maintain professionalism and efficiency in all administrative functions.

What’s Needed?

  • High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Three (3) to five (5) years of administrative experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Experience with Concur travel and expense system preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
