Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team within the Facilities Industrial Repair & Maintenance job family. The ideal candidate will apply their acquired job skills and knowledge of company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks. This role involves working on semi-routine assignments with occasional need for deviation from accepted practices. The technician will follow established procedures on routine work and require instructions only on new assignments.
Responsibilities
Perform scheduled maintenance and address breakdowns of production equipment.
Assist with the setup and changeover of production lines as needed.
Fabricate needed machine parts.
Assemble machines as required.
Read and interpret blueprints.
Mechanically repair conveyors, screw machines, presses, cold headers, and threaders.
Essential Skills
5-7 years of mechanical and electrical experience (60/40 mechanical preferred).
Experience in metals and fabrication.
Proficiency in industrial mechanical troubleshooting and repair.
Basic welding and cutting procedures.
Correct use of machinist measurement tools.
Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams.
Proven ability to troubleshoot manufacturing equipment mechanically.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Positive attitude, good judgment, and excellent time management skills.
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
Capable of overcoming obstacles and completing assignments in a timely manner.

Work Environment
This role offers positions on both the first and second shifts. First shift hours are from 5:00 AM to 2:30 PM, and second shift hours are from 2:15 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday. We are committed to internal growth and development.
