The Opportunity

As a leading provider of drug and alcohol testing solutions we are partnering with local, national, and multinational organisations across many industries to build and deliver customised end-to-end solutions. Those solutions range from providing rapid point of care drug tests to a full-service offering consisting of industry-specific medical assessments, health surveillance, health & wellbeing services, random- and for cause drug testing on site and in our laboratories, and many more.

We are now recruiting for an Associate Ambassador within our Toxicology Commercial Team in Abingdon . This role would support our accounts for the Drug Treatment and Family Law Businesses.

What You’ll Do

As an Associate Ambassador you will be responsible for managing the existing accounts, building and fostering strong relationships with them by providing really good customer service and recognizing any upselling opportunities. You will also support the set up of new accounts, respond to customer queries mainly via emails or via phone/virtual calls. Required Qualifications

To be successful you would need to be passionate about customer service and have strong motivation to make a big difference on how to get new customers. Continuous Improvement is an important part of our culture, so you will also have the opportunity to propose and contribute to initiatives and projects that improve our processes.

You will also be required to demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues from other departments and to maintain a high standard of record keeping as required in our CRM systems. Previous experience working with NHS pe selling at NHS, as well as any previous sales experience would be preferable.
