As a Data Center Facilities Manager, you will be part of the operations team supporting critical infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven leadership experience which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Data Center Facilities Manager

Location: Abilene, Texas

What's the Job?

• Monitoring and managing data center operations, including power, cooling, and network systems

• Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules for all data center equipment

• Coordinating with IT teams to plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and expansions

• Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies

• Analyzing data center performance metrics and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience in data center operations and management

• In-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure, including power distribution, cooling systems, and network architecture

• Strong understanding of energy efficiency practices and sustainability initiatives in data centers

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Proven leadership and team management experience
