We are looking for an Account Manager/Proactive Inside Sales to own multiple clients' books of business, ensure customer satisfaction. and provide sates support. This will require both office work and work on customer sites. The ideal candidate is someone who hates to lose, is a self-starter, competitive, driven and client centric. This person needs to have an entrepreneur's spirit and is waling to work to build our rapidly growing business.

Company will provide extensive training product training, sates training, project management training).

• Your ability to learn and general interest in what we do is more important than your education/job history.
• You will be supported by an excellent team of engineers and technicians with vast manufacturing technology knowledge.
• Account assignments will mostly be industrial, and commercial accounts with a focus on Industrial Automation and other related electrical material.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous customer service and/or administrative experience in retail, hospitality, restaurant, etc. (Office expedience may be considered as well.
• Computer proficiency is required.
• Demonstrated ability to provide high level of customer service and handle multiple priorities at once is essential.

ADDITIONAL PROFICIENCIES

• Stellar multitasking and prioritizing ability, as well as a strong sense of urgency
•  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Be organized and possess strong problem-solving skills.
• Must show initiative, self-motivation, perseverance Mechanical or industry interests is recommended.
