Responsibilities Responsible for planning, organizing, and determining the 1) associated training, 2) estimated costs, 3) required staff / line management coordination, and 4) phases of work needed for successful completion of the project plan. Determines feasibility of prevention activities for implementation in a military environment Integrates comprehensive primary prevention efforts through coalitions and partnerships within and outside of the military community. Ensures there is proactive communication and collaboration of prevention activities in the military community. Advises local leadership on how to address risk factors and develop protective factors.
