About the Position: Serves as Chief of the Mission Support Office (MSO) responsible for directorate-wide resource management to include: financial management, force management, civilian personnel, administration, and services. Plans, manages and directs the administrative and/or technical work of the organization. Responsibilities Serves as Chief of the Mission Support Office (MSO) with responsibilities for planning, coordinating, directing and managing the efforts of the Mission Support Office and other directorate-level activities. Responsible for directorate-wide resource management to include: financial management, force management, civilian personnel, administration, and services. Plans, directs, and monitors the directorate total resource management program which includes the formulation, presentation, defense and execution of its various funding types. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-03/GS-13 grade or band level which includes: 1) analyzing policy or program management issues related to Human Resources, Manpower and TDA management; 2) processing personnel and resource management actions; 3) developing strategies to recruit and fill vacancies to meet mission requirements; and 4) interpreting and revising existing policy-regulatory guidance by accessing organizational needs, analyses, or presenting recommendations while collaborating with stakeholders. This is a DoD Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project (AcqDemo) position in the NH-04 broadband with an advertised pay range from the lowest equivalent GS-14 grade Step 1 to the highest equivalent GS-15 grade step 06 in the broadband. This position is covered by control points to account for variances in position responsibilities within the broadband. The Control Point for this position NH-04 Supervisory Management and Program Analyst is $139,395 to 191,289 including locality at the rate of 33.26%. Management will set the selectee's pay for this position within the control point salary range consistent with the qualifications and education of the selectee and the expected contribution for the position
