Overview

GovCIO is seeking a SharePoint Team Lead to join our contract providing the Army Communication Electronics Command (CECOM) with IT Support Services. This position will be responsible for leading a team of 12 SharePoint developers, administrators, and requirements analysts who will provide web development services for 3 existing CECOM sites and 7 subsites. This position and its team will be located at Army Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD. Performance of contracted functions may be carried out from alternate work locations on case-by-case basis with prior concurrence from CECOM and the supported Requiring Activity.

Responsibilities

• Site Collection Administration.

• Site Management.

• Configure standard and customized SharePoint team sites, libraries, lists, calendars, etc.

• Create custom “out of the box” SharePoint solutions in response to user using the following tools and capabilities: SharePoint Designer, SharePoint Workflows, ShareGate, Nintex Workflows, InfoPath Forms, JQuery, JavaScript, HTML, PHP, and CSS.

• The following tools and capabilities would be useful but are not required:

• SQL

• Reporting Services (SSRS),

• SharePoint Object Model,

• SharePoint App Model,

• Client-Side Object Model,

• ShareGate and REST API.

• Provide Responses to user requests coming into our Issues Tracker for problem resolution, changes to new or existing sites, lists, libraries and solutions.

• Manage permissions and groups.

• Meet regularly with AEP Team (SharePoint Host Administrators) to discuss issues and resolve problems.

• Provide user instruction and training as needed.

• Work both independently and in a team environment.

• Set up of Apple iOS, iPadOS, and Android devices

• Track assignment of mobile devices on The CECOM G6 All Org Master-Attachment C Allocation of Wireless Portable Electronic Device (PED) spreadsheet.

• Coordination of provisioning of mobile connectivity services

• Resolve tickets managed through BMC Remedy

• Have a working familiarity with:

• Purebred - enables DOD personnel to use DOD Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) credentials on mobile devices.

• MobileIron - the MDM software employed for device supervision.

• The Zimperium (zIPS) application is required to be installed on all DMUC devices and is critical for threat

• Monitor the DISA DOD Mobility Service Portal for announcements and user guide updates. As well as any information related to mobile device operations.

Qualifications

High School with 3 - 6 years (or commensurate experience)

Required Skills and Experience

• US Citizenship Required

• FIve or more years of related SharePoint 2016 or newer experience managing SP sites, creating standard SP sites, lists and libraries and managing permissions

• Certifications:

• DoD 8570.01 M Baseline Certification Required (Security+ or equivalent as specified in DoD 8570.01 M) – IAT Level II

• DoD 8570.01 M Computing Environment Certified (example, Windows Server, Microsoft SQL, Solaris, Oracle)

• Clearance Required:Secret

Posted Pay Range

The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Posted Salary Range

USD $62,000.00 - USD $80,000.00 /Yr.
