Koniag Management Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Senior Test Analyst with a Top-Secret Security Clearance to support KMS and our government customer in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

We are looking for an individual to join our team as a Test Analyst to provide Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support services to the System Engineering and Integration (SEI) Branch within the Army Reprogramming Analysis Team – Program Office (ARAT-PO). This position requires extensive programmatic and organizational skills to be effective. The prospective employee will apply the attributes for effective writing for Army Leaders. The prospective employee must have analytical and problem-solving skills, be resourceful and able to work independently in support of on-going projects managed by the ARAT-PO.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Serve as a member of the ARAT-SEI staff in support of a Requirements Integration Team under U.S. government leadership, including software engineers, system engineers, test engineers, and administrative support.

  • Work in conjunction with the ARAT-Operations and Program Management Office personnel.

  • Define, document, analyze, perform and interpret developmental tests for new and/or modified products or product components.

  • Investigate and resolve operational problems in conjunction with other engineering and technical personnel.

  • Provide technical support and advice to other engineering groups.

  • Develop, test, and validate simulations to conduct Formal Acceptance Tests and V&V of EWS mission software.

  • Apply RF and Antenna theory concepts and adheres to the detailed integrated master schedules developed by Government Leads.

  • Identify requirements based upon either updated information in the Electronic Warfare Integrated Reprogramming Database (EWIRDB) or other sources of intelligence date for Mission Software Products (MSP).

  • Provide requested technical threat analysis and engineering support during the software development and developmental testing phases of MSP production.

  • Support and provide technical data and responses to inquiries from the development and test engineers.

Required Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of program operations and interrelationships, along with broad analytical ability to assess program accomplishments with a high degree of product knowledge and technical judgment, ability to recommend resolution options to substantive problems.

  • Working knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition policies and DoD program priorities to determine resolutions to problems. Such knowledge is related to these fields but does not require competency in the specialized subject matter or functional area.

  • Ability to clearly articulate ARAT positions and issues, overall program issues, concerns and recommended actions to the Team Lead, ARAT-SEI Branch.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-centric environment.

  • Exceptional analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.

  • Adept at applying the principles of Army effective writing.

  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint skills.

  • Ability to travel to support mission requirements (30% travel).

  • Coding background for simulation development, which requires using an in-house generic descriptor language.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or any other Scientific or Technical discipline is required.

  • 3 years min experience.

  • Must be a US citizen and possess or obtain a valid U.S. Government TOP SECRET security clearance.

Security Clearance:

  • Top Secret clearance required.
