Job Description

* A client of Insight Global is looking for a Secret Junior Software Developer to sit fully onsite in Aberdeen, MD in support of a large government customer. This individual will be reporting directly to the customer, you will be responsible for automating various business processes using PowerBI scripting, PowerApps, and Salesforce development. This is an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are recent graduates with a passion for automation, strong scripting skills, and a keen interest in the latest IT trends. Your responsibilities will include understanding unique business requirements and translating them into efficient technical solutions, effectively communicating with stakeholders, designing, and conducting user training, and managing solutions within the Microsoft Army 365 Environment and Power Platform. Proficiency in creating canvas apps, customizing Power Apps using PowerFX, designing and maintaining SharePoint content, and developing solutions in Salesforce with Lightning Components is essential. Familiarity with various data modeling types, data visualizations, and Microsoft 365 integrations is also required.

Compensation: $33.65-$40.00/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
