CACI is seeking a cleared Property Book Administrator to support the Army PM MC program at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. This role is responsible for control of government and contractor acquired property, to include the collection and tracking of operational data to maintain inventory records and oversee the transfer or disposition of such in accordance with government regulations.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • You will maintain property records and perform property functions using your expertise in the use of Accountable Property Systems of Record (APSR) / Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-Army) and Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS).

  • You will manage government property control and ensure consumable supplies are maintained to provide a constant support to the PM. You will update government and corporate property hand-receipts with asset location changes immediately.

  • You will prepare all requests, DRMO/S turn-ins and hand receipt transfers in accordance with corporate policies and governing regulations.

  • You will maintain 100% accountability over inventories of all Product Managers assets via either 100% annual inventory or quarterly sensitive item inventories.

  • You will serve as the primary accountable representative for ensuring that shipments of all PM assets are tracked lawfully and in compliance with Army Regulations. You will develop plans and projects, determine needs, investigate, and resolve problems, interface with PM and PEO logisticians.

  • You will assist in developing, executing, and managing the Financial Liability Investigation of Property Loss (FLIPL) Policy which outlines reporting/investigating procedures for missing equipment. You will assist in developing the Installation Property Accountability polices which ensures the PM is following installation and PEO guidelines. You will provide critical input in developing accountability SOPs which outlines how the PM will conduct day to day operations.

  • You will plan, develop, and implement plans to conduct Material Internal Control Programs inspections which ensures the PM is following the guidance for Existence and Completeness in accordance with PEO and ASA (ALT) policy.

  • You will develop spreadsheets and coordinate with Aberdeen Installation Property Book Office to track FLIPL losses for the PM and ensure closure rate of open FLIPL investigations in accordance with policy guidance.

  • You will receive, inspect, inventory, store, issue and deliver supplies and equipment and maintain automated supply system for accounting of organizational and installation supplies and equipment ensuring the turn-in excess equipment for the PM.

  • You will provide technical assistance and guidance to the PM’s personnel to include all hand receipt holders on issues, turn-ins and you will facilitate Hand Receipt Changeovers for the PM

  • You will assist GFE Property Manager in day-to-day operations while providing oversight of property book and hand receipt accountability using property accounting system for all assigned GFE Property.

  • You will assist in providing oversight in the development and maintenance of quality programs, processes and procedures that ensure compliance with policies and that the performance and quality of services conform to established standards and Army guidelines in preparation for the FY Audits.

  • You will assist in developing and promulgating strategic guidance, program assessment, and issue resolution. You will identify and resolve process issues, determines operational status, and seek opportunities for operational reform with the Property Managers of the PM.

More About the Role:

You will be responsible for control of government and contractor acquired property, to include the collection and tracking of operational data to maintain inventory records and oversee the transfer or disposition of such in accordance with government regulations. Also accountability for the corporate government property manual that governs property located at all CACI sites and manages CACI’s response to all DCMA property audits.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • An active DoD Secret clearance.

  • A Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years of experience (Associates Degree and 7 years of experience, or 9 years overall experience).

  • Experience providing logistics and property support to US Army PEOs and PM Shops.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • MS Excel Expertise.

  • Knowledge and experience in the use of GCSS-Army and DPAS.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$61,600 - 129,300 USD
