Position Summary:MILVETS Systems Technology, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Cost Analyst, Jr. to support with operational research, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and analytics. This role will provide support to more senior-level cost analysts as they prepare data and justifications for long-range budget exercises, budget briefs, and spending plans.

Responsibilities:

• Budgeting, strategic financial documentation, and analytics.
• Analytical studies to evaluate alternative solutions for cost and effectiveness.
• Adaptability to changing project needs and financial landscapes.
• Problem-solving, relationship management, and project planning and execution.

Experience:

• Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT) suite (Cost analysis efforts rely heavily on the ACEIT suite).
• Knowledge of Program Objective Memorandums (POM) and Acquisition Category (ACAT) documentation such as Selected Acquisition Requests (SARs), Defense Acquisition Executive Summary (DAES), and Readiness/Personnel (R/P) Forms.
• Formulating, presenting, and executing Project Manager (PM) life cycle program plans.
• Maintaining expertise in performing life cycle analysis using the Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT) suite and leveraging problem-solving, creativity, innovative techniques, advanced approaches, and new technologies.
• Experience with estimating tools such as Software Evaluation and Estimation of Resources - Software Estimating Model (SEER- SEM) or Software Evaluation and Estimation of Resources - Hardware (SEER-H).
