About the role What you need to know:

• Demonstrate solid understanding of the products and services offered in order to support business partners’ inquiries.

• Act as a reporting specialist providing standard or ad-hoc reporting related to diverse metrics.

• Participate in the development, monitoring, and execution of the sales strategy.

• Become proficient in the use of corporate systems, able to promote our technology capabilities to our business partners.

• Collaborate with other functions to facilitate e-marketing campaigns.

• Develop and maintain digital knowledge management records.

• Act as an interface between IT, administration services and business/function partners to ensure business needs are translated into actionable digital requirements.

• Support a variety of tasks such as user requirements gathering, documentation of business processes/enhancements, data analytics, user story development, and coordination with the business stakeholders.

• Develop comprehensive knowledge of data and processes in order.

• Capturing market intelligence and broker feedback on accounts and digital solution performance.

• Comply with key regulatory and risk management responsibilities.

What we’re looking for:

• Client Servicing – anticipate client (internal and external) needs and act proactively.

• Able to self-direct while handling multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

• Minimum of 2 years of insurance professional experience is an asset.

• Bachelor’s degree or post-graduate degree – general insurance proven knowledge and/or ACII would be considered as a plus.

• Advanced Excel knowledge, Word and Power point.
