The Salamanca Housing Authority is accepting applications for the position of Sr. Maintenance Mechanic. This is a full-time position with benefits. 19.00-21.50 per hour based on experience.

Knowledge of buildings and grounds, maintenance and repair plus construction practices, mechanical aptitude, willingness to be available to respond to emergency situations. Must be reliable. Operates and performs work as necessary on vehicles; knowledge of tankless water heaters and furnaces; will have interaction with residents on a daily basis. Good communication skills a must.
