Description

In this role, you will be directly responsible for leading a team of business operation specialist (might also include Business Analyst/Business Intelligence Engineer).
Key job responsibilities
The Business Operation team is an important function team that helps drive the growth and operations of the business and sales team of Amazon's global selling business. Through annual planning, goal setting, leads management, sales operations, and tool development/optimization, you provide data-driven solutions to help business teams improve their efficiency.
Your team will also perform deep dives to derive analytical insights, and share data driven insights to discuss & influence stakeholders, including but not limited to China sales teams, PMO team, Marketplace partners, and global central functions.
The ideal candidate should be able to work in a cross functional, cross cultural and fast-paced environment; has persistent learning appetite, superb analytical capability, strong inter-personal & communication skills, along with an intense customer obsession and ownership. You will be expected to be innovative, yet frugal, and strong in delivering result.

Basic Qualifications
7+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience in goal setting, developing sales processes, delivering business analysis, setting right metrics and performing tracking.
Outstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skills in Chinese, and English
Ability to think strategically and creatively while executing methodically with high attention to detail, operational excellence and ability to multi-task
Demonstrated track record to work in a cross-functional and international environment, to lead by influence and earn trust at all levels
History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills. Demonstrated ability to interpret data and make business recommendations
Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging, yet innovative environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
Experience presenting to senior leadership
Experience with SQL
