As a Sr. Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to join as a member of Benchmark team specialized to optimize process through variance reduction. You will be responsible for planning and implementing strategy and tactics of annual productivity goal of the network. You will identify opportunities in raising the bar through disparity identification, quantitative and qualitative modelling external and internal impact of processes, and structuring and implementing mechanism to reduce variance to achieve the goal. You will gather, structure, model, and analyze a process utilizing vast data and business intelligence tool available. You will plan, engage, and collaborate with global and JP stakeholders in various business units, initiate and manage improvement projects in scale, and deliver the best operation in the network.

Sr. Program Managerは、Benchmark (BM)チームの一員として、分散の逓減によるプロセスの最適化を担います。Sr; Program Managerは、JP Fulfillment Centerの年次の生産性のゴールの方針と方策の計画と実施を担います。差異の改善による水準の向上の機会を見出し、外部・内部要因を踏まえてプロセスを定量・定性的にモデリングし、ゴール達成にむけた分散の改善のためのメカニズムの構築と展開を図ります。Sr. Program Managerは、データとBI toolをフル活用し、データ収集、構造化、モデリング、分析を行います。改善に向けたプロセスを企画・提案し、グローバルとJPの様々な部門に渉るステークホルダーと関わり協業し、ネットワークにまたがる規模のプロジェクトを推進し成果の創出を行います。

Key job responsibilities

The role requires the ability to deliver highest standards for driving initiatives through business analysis. On-hands metrics and data gathering, structuring and developing analytical infrastructure, modeling and analyzing data with statistical methodology and business intelligence tool is required. Both macro and micro perspectives into end-to-end process is required to improve resolution of the analysis. Effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders and with leadership and operations personnel to build consensus and to collaborate is required.

Some of the position’s key responsibilities includes;

• Gather and structure: Gather data and metrics using data warehouse, structure and develop analytical infrastructure in scale to organize input and output in scale.

• Model and analyze: Model processes performance considering external and internal impact using statistical methodology and business intelligence tool. Visualize results and compile report to communicate with stakeholders.

• Plan and structure: Plan annual strategy and tactics for variation reduction. Structure a mechanism and action plan for operation to manage the variation in scale.

• Communicate and collaborate: Build consensus with stakeholders of the strategy, tactics, and action plan for variation reduction. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement the mechanism to network.

Sr Program Managerは、最も高い水準のプロセスの実現をビジネスアナリシスからドライブすることが求められます。On-handsでの指標やデータの収集、分析用基盤の設計と構築、統計手法とビジネスインテリジェンスツールの活用によるモデリングと分析が求められます。分析の解像度を向上させるため、プロセスについてマクロ・ミクロの両軸からの視点が求められます。内部と外部の双方の関係者、ならびにリーダーシップとオペレーションのメンバーの双方の関係者との合意形成と協業をすすめるコミュニケーションを行うことが求められます。

• Gather and structure: データウェアハウスを用いてメトリクスやデータを収集し、規模に対応できるインプットとアウトプットの活用を実現する分析用基盤を構築・展開を行います

• Model and analyze: 統計手法やビジネスインテリジェンスツールを活用し、外的・内的要因を考慮したプロセスパフォーマンスのモデリングを行います。結果について可視化し、ステークホルダーへのコミュニケーションのためのレポートを作成します

• Plan and structure: 分散の改善にむけた年次方針と方策について計画します。規模に対応できる分散の改善のためのメカニズムの構築とアクションプランの策定を行います

• Communicate and collaborate: 方針・方策・アクションプランについて、ステークホルダー間の合意形成を行います。ステークホルダーと協業し、メカニズムのネットワークへの展開を行います

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of business analysis experience (cross-functional)

• Experience in using data and metrics, statistical method, and business intelligence tool to determine and drive innovation or tactics

• Experience owning strategy or tactics, planning through evaluation, and communicating with senior leadership

• Business level English or Japanese

• 3年以上のビジネスアナリシス経験（部門横断的）

• データやメトリクス、統計手法、ビジネスインテリジェンスツールを用いて判断しイノベーションもしくは方策をドライブした経験

• 方針もしくは方策を担い、計画から評価まで実施した経験、シニアリーダーシップを含むコミュニケーション

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree, or MBA in business process, business analysis, mathematics, physics, engineering, economics, or related field

• 2+ years of process innovation experience

• 修士もしくはMBAでビジネスプロセス、ビジネスアナリシス、数学、物理、工学、経済、もしくは類似する分野

• 2年以上のプロセスイノベーションの経験
