Description

Amazon is seeking an Ad Operations Associate to manage the advertising quality assurance process for Sponsored Ads (advertising.amazon.co.jp), an advertising program for brands selling on Amazon.co.jp. Sponsored Ads is a self-service, pay-per-click advertising platform that enables vendors and sellers to gain visibility and more customer traffic to their products. Reporting to the Ad Ops Manager, the Contents Reviewer will be responsible for: 1/ Ad creative moderation, 2/ Stores page moderation, 3/ Language relevancy review（Japanese), 4/ Responding to the inquiries related to 1, 2, and 3.

Specific responsibilities include:

1. Reviewing a queue of ad campaigns and landing pages submitted from advertisers (brands) to be checked and approved or rejected based on ad policy 24/7.

2. Reviewing a queue of Stores pages submitted from advertisers (brands) to be checked and approved or rejected based on Stores policy 24/7.

3. Checking on the JP language relevancy and updating for machine learning.

4. Responding to the inquiries related to the above operations from internal stakeholders.

Amazonで商品を販売しているブランドや出品者を対象とした新しい広告サービス「Amazon スポンサー広告」のチームでは、現在広告コンテンツレビューアーを募集しています。スポンサー広告はセルフサービスのクリック課金型オンライン広告ソリューションです。ブランドや出品者はスポンサー広告を利用して宣伝商品の露出を高め、Amazonでの売上促進を図ります。

本ポジションはAd Operationチームのマネージャーにレポートし、次の業務を担当します：

① 広告の審査：提出された広告の見出し、画像、キーワードをシフト制で確認し、スポンサー広告の広告ポリシーに従って承認もしくは却下する。

② ストアの審査：提出されたストアのページ内コンテンツをシフト制で確認し、ストアポリシーに従って承認もしくは却下する。

③ 言語の関連性の確認 (日本語）と機械学習へのアップデート

④上記業務に関する社内からの問い合わせへの対応

今回のポジションはシフト制となります。

月10日の公休が与えられますが祝日は基本勤務となります。

シフトパターン

① 月曜日～金曜日

②　火曜日～土曜日

③　日曜日～木曜日

早番： 午前8時～17時 (休憩1時間)

日勤： 午前10時～19時　(休憩1時間)

遅番1： 午後12時～21時　(休憩1時間)

遅番2：午後14時～23時　(休憩1時間)

シフトは1か月でルーティングさせていますが遅番シフトの割合が多くなりますので2か月連続遅番になる可能性もあります。

※1　シフトパターンやシフト時間はビジネスの必要性に応じて変更となることもあります。

※2　週末及び祝日勤務は在宅勤務を基本とします。そのため、自宅でインターネットを使用した業務ができる環境が必要となります。

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

• Experience with Excel

Preferred Qualifications
