Amazon HR Assistant, Site HR/PXT team in 06, Saudi Arabia

Description

  • Act as a subject matter expert in Amazon and Labor law policies to ensure the work environment is healthy and compliant.

  • Data entry in a variety of systems including Excel files, PeopleSoft, and other miscellaneous reports.

  • Being first contact for employees regarding attendance and various HR questions and services.

  • Managing & implementing the engagement plans with the assigned population.

  • Monitoring and reporting attendance, absences and leaves.

  • Auditing and reporting on system and communicate inputs to the payroll team for accurate salaries.

  • Creating reports on a regular basis as needed.

  • The ideal educational background is diploma or college graduate from business administrations or human resources.

  • English language is required to excel at this role, as many of our systems and employees need English language.

Key job responsibilities

  • There are periodic business trips to other KSA locations needed to support locations that do not have an assigned HR member present, and weekly visits to the Hafuf station.

You will be working with other's from the same function to support and serve the company's employees, while playing a vital role in preserving and improving the culture and environment through the HR scope.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ months of human resources experience

  • 6+ months of customer service experience

  • 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience

  • High school or equivalent

  • Experience in confidential environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of human resources experience

  • 1+ years of customer service experience

  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
