Three Rivers provides psychiatric, detoxification/rehabilitation, and dual diagnosis treatment through inpatient services for adolescents & adults. Our outpatient services include a Partial Hospitalization Program offering psychiatric day treatment for adults an Adult Chemical Dependency Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program offering day and evening sessions.

Three Rivers Behavioral Health currently has a Per Diem Staffing Coordinator position available, primarily working 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 pm. The selected candidate will provide back up coverage.

Responsibilities: Generates, manages and updates master schedules for the Nursing Department, while making adjustments as needed, according to budget constraints, census fluctuations, call outs, and pre-planned leaves of absence. Provide administrative support to ADON & CNO for Staff Development and other departmental needs. Work closely with the ADON and CNO in coordinating an effective, efficient scheduling pattern. Establishes and maintains a professional relationship with the administrative and clinical staff.

    Qualifications

    The following are the job requirements for the Staffing Coordinator position :

  • Education: HS Diploma but Prefer a Bachelor’s degree in related field.

  • Experience: Experience and knowledge of organizing and managing the master schedule plan for clinical staffing; effective time management and organizational skills, preferably in a hospital setting.

  • Strongly prefer experience with Shifthound & Microsoft 365 Software

  • Ability to effectively communicate, verbally & in writing, with all levels of staff
