The Toledo Zoo & Aquarium has been educating, inspiring, and providing enjoyment to our community for over 100 years. Our Zipline Adventure Course team is in search of people who are passionate about learning new things and giving our guests the best possible experience.?

TOLEDO ZOO IS LOOKING FOR APPLICANTS WHO:

- - Are at least 18 years old or older   - - Meet a weight requirement of 75-250 lbs (in order to meet mandated safety harness requirements)?   - - Have the desire to work in a fun filled, fast paced and high energy atmosphere   - - Will assist and coach guests through high ropes challenges   - - Have a safety first focus with an attention to detail   - - Deliver strong Customer Service & Communication Skills  

(Previous experience on ropes courses, rock climbing, or zip lines is not required!)

RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE:

- - Operation of our Aerial Adventure Ropes Course, Zip Line, and Climbing Wall   - - Point of Sale and documentation for our participants   - - Assisting guests with safety equipment   - - Completion of a week-long Training and Safety Course in May or June   - - Working at heights on a regular basis   - - Taking direction and working independently and with a team  

Work schedules include weekdays, weekends, holidays, and can include evenings. Must have the physical ability to work on your feet for several hours at a time. ?Again, must meet a weight requirement of 75-250 lbs to utilize mandated safety harness.?
