CR Fletcher is partnering with a client in Syracuse, looking to hire Case Management Examiners to assist individuals in need of assistance within our community. Excellent benefits, downtown location, 35 hour/week work schedule, plentiful growth opportunities, and more!Responsibilities:-Provide case management services to clients in need of support and assistance-Review applications, forms, data to determine eligibility for benefits-Meet with clients to assist as they work through the process for benefits-Work with community partners, attorneys, etc. to best serve clients-Coordinate with and refer clients to various agencies within the community to ensure clients get needed services-Navigate multiple computer software programs simultaneously and efficiently-Review budgets, determine necessary changes in benefits, analyze associated reports-Work closely with interpreters to assist those where English is their second language. Client base is diverse, to include those who speak English, Spanish, Arabic, etc.-Build rapport with clientsDesirable skills:-Case management experience supporting economically disadvantaged individuals-Investigative experience-Desire to help disadvantaged individuals-Passion to work with diverse populations within our community-Billing, Budgeting, or Collections experience-2+ years experience with investigative work-Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

Minimum Salary: 46,000 Maximum Salary: 55,000 Salary Unit: Yearly
