JOB REQUIREMENTS: Primary Role Expectations Safely set up and operate machinery in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Load, position, and arrange materials and operate equipment to create products. Adjust controls and machine settings to produce special orders and increase efficiency. Monitor supplies and inventory and ensure adequate amounts of materials are ready at hand. Work as a Team Player by filling in where needed and be willing to train others. Learns and adheres to workplace safety regulations. Communicate irregularities, problems and help with continuous improvement. Other duties as assigned. Adjust machine components and machine tension and pressure according to size or processing angle of product. Count and record finished and rejected packaged items. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications: Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail. Outstanding organizational skills and ability to handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously. Self-motivated with the ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement and make decisions. Experience in the building materials industry is a plus.
