Position Summary

Program Analysts operate, support, and maintain all aspects of physical security systems throughout the enterprise. Analysts will also provide system strategies, integration, end of life programs and repair and maintenance support. Analysts will make proactive decisions ensuring systems readiness for our mission critical 24/7 support ops center environments, provide integrator support to accomplish day-to-day repairs, and large-scale projects. Analysts help administer multiple access control systems (ACS), CCTV systems (VMS), and a multitude of other security related programs. Analysts are responsible for replying and completing all emails requests/inquiries as well as providing courteous and professional support services via email and/or phone. Analysts will work in concert with business stakeholders to protect people, data, and assets as well as to meet departmental goals and initiatives. Analysts may be required to work long, irregular hours consistent with operational requirements .

Analysts will be on-call on a rotational basis with peers as specified by management. Analysts will aid with overall departmental projects and tasks as specified and assigned by management in effort to maintain all security system and protocol/processes and keep all security practices confidential.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience using multiple physical security platforms (Access Control, Video Management)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Possess a solid working knowledge of understanding, implementing, and integrating electronic physical security systems.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite applications

  • Familiar With Service Channel

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Customer Service Oriented

  • Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Excellent Time management skills and ability to meet aggressive deadlines.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet operational requirements.

  • Exhibit a team-oriented mentality with the ability to work independently.

  • Familiarity with basic project management skills

  • Ability to execute critical decisions in a time sensitive environment that may impact financial posture for the enterprise.

  • Maintain professional behavior under high pressure moments.

  • Ability to succeed at a high level within a team environment.

  • Skillset and ability to learn an array of security systems and processes

  • Certified and experience administering/managing/programming Access Control (OnGuard-Lenel) and Video Management System (Genetec) applications and other CCTV applications.

  • Project Management experience

  • Basic IT Network comprehension

  • Ability to identify and develop innovative and creative solutions.

  • Highly motivated and a natural problem solver

  • Ability to offer a professional service experience with an exceptional high degree of integrity

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$40,600.00 - $89,300.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
